1. Log in to your account area by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of Jib’s website.

 

2. If you are not automatically forwarded to your account information, navigate to your “Account Details” in the menu, update your information, and select “save changes” to update.

It’s as simple as purchasing a widget license! Explore pricing here and checkout. During the checkout process, you will set a username and password and your account is automatically created.

This guide is intended for customers of the accessibility widget who have a valid website license and are looking to add or modify a payment method. It’s important to note that you have the option to add multiple payment methods to your account.

1. Log in to your account area by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of Jib’s website.

 

2. Navigate to “Payment Methods” in the menu, and select “Add Payment Method”.

3. Add your card details and select “Add Payment Method”

4. You can now select which method you would like to make the default or delete payment methods

This guide is intended for customers of the accessibility widget who have a valid website license and are looking to modify a billing address.

1. Log in to your account area by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of Jib’s website.

2. Navigate to “Address” in the menu, and select “Edit” next to “Billing Address”.

3. Update your billing information and check the “Update the Billing Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions” box if you want it updated for all future payments, then “Save Address”.

Reset your password easily by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account area by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of Jib’s website.

2. Select “Reset your password”.

3. Enter your username or email and select “Reset Password”.

4. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder, and if you are still having problems accessing your account, feel free to contact us.

You accessibility statement will be generated 48 hours after the accessibility widget is installed on your website. After this, you can request your accessibility statement here at any time.
